Example One:

Gatsby Spa WITH Vertical Heater on left and Circulation Pump on Right

If your spa equipment has this heater in the foreground and the small circulation pump behind it, you have a standard configuration. You will have to replace with a Gatsby/Imperial Control System or the NEW Hydroquip System. The key is the heater and circulation pump. MOST retrokits will not operate them properly.

Example Two:

Gatsby Spa with Heater Attached and single 2 speed pump.

If your spa equipment looks like this, you have an attached heater. If you have a 2 speed pump/motor (most likely) then you can order the VS Balboa Series.

It has a topside that look like this or has a temp dial on the right with these pushbuttoms, you have an obsolete control system. You will have to install a retrokit.
